Amy leads with common sense. She upholds the biological reality that boys are boys and girls are girls, protects women’s sports, and defends the right of parents and professionals to speak truth without fear.

Amy believes real educational choice for parents is essential to helping every child succeed. During the 2025 legislative session, she co-sponsored the Montana Academic Prosperity Program for Scholars (HB 320), which would have provided scholarships to help families cover the cost of private school, tutoring, and other educational needs.

Amy defends life at every stage, working to protect the unborn and support women with real resources and compassion. This legislative session, she sponsored the Pregnancy Center Autonomy and Rights of Expression Act (HB 388), which passed into law, to protect pregnancy centers from being forced to promote or refer for abortion.

Amy knows tax dollars come from the pockets of hardworking Montanans. When there’s extra, it ought to go back to the people who earned it, not get swallowed up by more government growth or new programs we don’t need.

For Amy, tax relief means actually lowering the amount Montanans have to pay, not just shifting the tax burden from one group to another. She supports long-term reforms like using taxes the state already collects from tourism to benefit the resident taxpayer, not fund an already bloated budget.
